Behavior & Obedience - Foundations Program
Our On-Leash program lays the foundation for a well-behaved and responsive dog. This program focuses on teaching essential commands and building communication between you and your dog.
What we teach:
- Heel: Walk calmy by our side on a loose leash.
- Sit: Sit on command.
- Sit Stay: Remain seated for a set duration.
- Down: Lay down on command.
- Down Stay: Sit in a down position until released.
- Place/Spot: Go to a designated area
- Come: Return to you when called.
- Release: Free from commands.
- Thresholds: Wait patiently at crate and exterior doors.
- Address and modify unwanted behaviors.
Behavior & Obedience - Advanced Program
Our Off-Leash program takes your dog’s skills to the next level. It is designed to build reliability, confidence, and control without the need for a leash. Through advanced obedience training, dogs will learn to respond to commands at a distance, navigate distractions, and maintain focus on their handler, ensuring safety and freedom in various environments.
What we teach:
- Review, polish and master On-Leash obedience.
- Added distractions- walks outside, public settings.
- Thresholds: Wait patiently to exit car.
- Address and modify unwanted behaviors.
Prerequisite: FK9 Basic Obedience On-Leash
Behavior & Obedience - Complete Program
This program is the combination of the Foundations and Advanced programs.
What we teach:

Behavior Modification
Our Behavior Modification program is designed to decrease unwanted behaviors and teach your pup new techniques.
What we teach:
- Stop pulling on leash
- Down Stay, Spot/Place
- Basic Obedience- Sit, Sit Stay, Down, Down Stay, Heel, Come
- Common canine behavioral challenges that will be addressed: Pulling on leash, biting, jumping, chewing, fighting, separation anxiety, digging, barking, house soiling, running away, aggression, shyness, unresponsiveness, humping, pica, coprophagia.
Day School
Our Day Train program is the perfect option if you’d like your pup to spend the day learning, playing, and engaging in meaningful activities while you go about your day. Drop your dog off and let us provide a mix of training, enrichment, and exercise tailored to their needs. Day Train is designed to not only keep your dog active and engaged but also to support progress toward your training goals in a positive and productive environment.

American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
The Canine Good Citizen program is designed to showcase your dog’s manners and training in everyday situations. This nationally recognized certification by the AKC (American Kennel Club) evaluates skills such as polite greetings, walking nicely on leash, coming when called, staying in place, and being calm around people and other dogs.
What we teach:
- Accepting a friendly stranger
- Sitting politely for petting
- Allowing grooming and handling
- Walking nicely on a loose leash
- Walking through a crowd calmly
- Sit and down on command, and staying in place
- Coming when called
- Reacting politely to another dog
- Reacting calmly to distractions
- Supervised separation from the owner
American Kennel Club (AKC) Trick Dog
Our American Kennel Club (AKC) Trick Dog program is a fun and rewarding way to build your dog’s confidence, focus, and obedience through engaging trick-based training. Dogs learn exciting skills while strengthening their bond with their owner, improving mental stimulation, and developing better communication in a positive learning environment.
American Kennel Club (AKC) S.T.A.R. Puppy
Our American Kennel Club (AKC) S.T.A.R. Puppy program helps puppies build strong foundational obedience skills, confidence, and positive social behaviors in a fun and structured environment. Through real-life training exercises, puppies learn essential manners while strengthening the bond with their owner and developing the skills needed to become well-behaved, confident companions.

American Kennel Club (AKC) Virtual Home Manners - Puppy and Adult
Our Therapy Dog program focuses on teaching dogs to provide comfort and support in settings like hospitals, schools, and nursing homes. It emphasizes obedience, socialization, and desensitization to various environments to ensure dogs remain calm, gentle, and well-mannered during interactions.

Agility Training
Our Agility Training program is a fun and engaging program that challenges dogs with problem solving exercises. It builds confidence, strengthens the bond between dog and handler, and provides mental stimulation, making training rewarding and enjoyable for both.

Therapy Dog
Our Therapy Dog program focuses on teaching dogs to provide comfort and support in settings like hospitals, schools, and nursing homes. It emphasizes obedience, socialization, and desensitization to various environments to ensure dogs remain calm, gentle, and well-mannered during interactions.
What we teach:
- Interactions around people.
- Handling loud sounds and distractions.
- Being touched and groomed by a stranger.
- How to properly greet people.

This program will take place in pubic settings.
Pack Walks
Join us for Pack Walks—fun, structured outings that keep you and your pup moving while reinforcing training in real-world settings. These walks help your dog practice focus, confidence, and obedience around distractions, while giving you both a chance to socialize and enjoy a new adventure together!
Monthly group training
Our Group Dog Training for Graduates is donation based and designed for dogs and owners who have successfully completed basic obedience training both on and off-leash. This program helps reinforce learned skills while introducing more advanced training in a social, real-world setting.
What we teach:
- Advanced Obedience: Strengthen commands like sit, stay, down, recall, leash walking with added distractions.
- Socialization: Practice good manners around other dogs and people in a controlled environment.
- Off-Leash: Improve focus and responsiveness with increased freedom.
- Real-World Scenarios: Training in different environments to ensure adaptability.
- Fun & Engagement: Interactive exercises and problem-solving activities to keep training enjoyable.

Drop-In Session (One-Time or On-Going)
A Drop-In Session is a flexible training session available to clients who have completed any training program. These sessions are designed to provide continued support, reinforcement, and troubleshooting for any challenges that arise after the initial training is completed.
What we teach:
- Skill Reinforcement: Strengthen obedience commands and behaviors learned in the original program.
- Problem-Solving: Address any new or recurring behavioral challenges.
- Socialization: Provide controlled social interactions with other dogs and people.
- Handler Guidance: Help owners refine handling techniques and confidence.
